It is a fresh product and can be kept unopened for +/- 8 weeks. Once opened, it is recommended to consume the truffles within 6 - 8 days.

Because it is a fresh product, we cannot guarantee that they can still be consumed after the best-before date. To keep them longer, it is an option to dry the truffles.

This is not necessary, but it is the advice if you want to take advantage of it during the day. It can also be used before going to sleep, for a better night's sleep. This is up to you to feel what suits you best.

Yes, you can. It can be a nice powerful combination where the truffle microdose opens the mind and the cocoa opens the heart. Cocoa in itself is not a psychedelic, but it does have a psychoactive effect on our mood. Please note that cocoa can enhance the effect of a microdose, so your sweet spot may be a bit lower. Cocoa contains MAO inhibitors that inhibit the breakdown of neurotransmitters and therefore increase their availability in the central nervous system.

Our Shilajit comes directly from the origin. The Shilajit is 100% pure, is not artificially processed and does not contain any filler. It is collected by hand and purified according to the strictest organic standards. The purification technique that is applied not only ensures that it filters out the impurities and other contaminants, but also that the essential substance remains intact. First, the raw Shilajit stones are dissolved in fresh Himalayan spring water to remove all sediment. The mixture is then steamed to disinfect the Shilajit from possible soil bacteria or spores and fresh Moringa seeds are used to purify the Shilatjit from possible heavy metals. In the next step, the Shilajit is thoroughly filtered several times. Once purified, the Shilajit is separated from the water and a solid/semi-liquid form remains.
