 This cocoa grows organically in the jungle of Cusco. It is the rare chuncho variety, native to Peru. The cocoa beans are remarkably small with a delicate, soft and fruity taste.  The knowledge of growing cocoa is passed on from generation to generation. The family farm is located in the Quelloúno Valley, a rich natural area with a great biodiversity of trees, plants, birds and animals such as the blue macaw, armadillo, squirrels and monkeys. It borders protected natural parks and we are grateful that the cocoa is grown responsibly and in harmony with nature.
